Job Description:

Senior Process Engineer role focusing on partnering with Global Process Lead and across CSC Process Leads for one of SCO's 7 global processes to drive process design, standardization, documentation, and adoption. This is a seasoned professional role requiring deep knowledge and experience in process improvement, data analysis and service delivery management.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Global Process Lead and across CSC Process Leads
Drive process design, standardization, documentation, and adoption
Evaluate process improvement opportunities and design efficiencies
Engage with Systems Operations on technology enhancements
Conduct process reviews to ensure standards are adhered to
Support productivity initiatives and continuous improvement culture
Drive implementation of process-related O&T initiatives
Drive key transformation initiatives
Define scope, objectives and deliverables to support business goals
Effectively communicate project expectations
Proactively track project milestones and deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations
Prepare executive presentations
Assess/Identify innovation opportunities and new sources of growth

Requirements:

6-10 years' experience in process engineering/Transformation and Lean
Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P Accounts Payable Process with deeper understanding of supplier onboarding
Strong leadership, influencing and matrix management skills
Proven ability to influence and affect end-to-end process change through indirect authority
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced Program change and implementation skills
Proven executive problem-solving, critical thinking and root issue dimensioning capability
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's/University degree, master's degree preferred

Nice to have:

Master's degree
Experience in multi-cultural, cross-product environment
Strategic thinking and tactical execution across multi-geographical teams
