Senior Process Associate – Finance & Accounting

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining a strong relationship and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Manage client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and track client service metrics, identify trends, and propose process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Conduct client meetings to review performance
  • Provide training and guidance to junior associates to support their professional development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in Accounting & Finance
  • Following or completed relevant degree program or professional qualification – AAT / CMA/ CIMA / ACCA / CA will be an added advantage
  • Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel
  • Exposure to an ERP system would be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • Following or completed relevant degree program or professional qualification – AAT / CMA/ CIMA / ACCA / CA will be an added advantage
