Job Responsibility:

  • Review and process vacation and final settlement payments for employees
  • Verify staff loans and process payments accordingly
  • Conduct monthly payroll checks from the Finance side and perform a final review with the supervisor before payment processing
  • Oversee the payroll distribution process, including bank file verification and cash salary distribution
  • Perform monthly closing postings, payroll reconciliations, reclassifications, and provision adjustments
  • Check payroll bank statements and post corresponding entries to SAP
  • Follow up with the approvals and process employee claims for payment
  • Post loan receipt entries accurately
  • Fulfill annual audit requirements related to payroll
  • Coordinate actuarial valuations and provide necessary data to the actuarial consultant

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll
  • Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification
  • Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with Analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Willingness to work for Saudi Arabian Time (10.30am to 7.30pm) and Calendar
