Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the largest and most well-respected teams in the Northwest, known for handling complex private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients, and landed estates. The team has received multiple industry awards and holds a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a variety of private client matters, including complex wills, trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and business succession planning
Advising on landed estates, capital gains tax, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
Managing an existing caseload while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with referrers, clients, and professional networks
Supervising and supporting junior members of the team as required
Playing an integral role in the continued growth of the private client department in Lancashire

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years PQE
confident in managing a broad range of private client matters
strong technical expertise
proactive approach to client care and business development
STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership is desirable
