Job Description:

A long standing and well regarded multi service firm in Newcastle is looking to add a Senior Solicitor to their hugely successful Private Client team. The team is going through a period of growth and are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to take on a lead role within the team.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising and mentoring the team
Developing more junior staff
Strategic development of the team/department
Managing a full case load of wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and court of protection

Requirements:

At least 8 years PQE with a solid career as a private client solicitor
Ability and desire to take on a lead role within the team
Man management experience or willingness to step up into a management role

Nice to have:

Experience in supervising and mentoring a team
Experience in developing more junior staff
Experience in strategic development of a team/department
