Job Description

A highly respected law firm in Surrey is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding and well-established team. You will manage a varied and complex caseload and play a key role in mentoring junior members of the team while contributing to department development.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a varied and complex caseload including Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the department

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ PQE with a strong background in private client law
  • STEP qualification or working towards (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage complex and high-value matters
  • Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition to grow within a firm that encourages leadership and progression
