8+ years of experience spanning both privacy legal counsel and privacy program operations, with demonstrated ownership across both tracks

Hands-on operational experience with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, including running DSARs, managing breach response, and working with sub-processor processes

Nice to have:
Experience at a startup or pre-IPO company where you built privacy infrastructure with limited resources and no team beneath you, or equivalent ownership of an under-resourced program at a larger organization
Experience working at the intersection of privacy and security — has partnered closely with security teams on shared challenges such as vendor assessments, incident response, or data governance, and understands how privacy and security programs need to work together in an enterprise environment
Direct experience with Transcend, which reduces ramp time significantly given our current tooling
CIPP/E and/or CIPP/US certification
Experience in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company where privacy intersects directly with platform and product decisions
