We are looking for Principal and Senior Technical Program Manager's (TPM) capable of managing the growing demand to stop and prevent cyber attacks. The candidate should be skilled in project management, and able to handle multiple high-visibility, high-pressure engagements and cases simultaneously, as well as many of the day-to-day operations of the team. TPMs are also responsible for organizing and ensuring that the goals of the team are met to respond in the midst of a security crises. Job Responsibility

  • Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond
  • Support of customer and internal needs (both pre- and post-onsite deployment), clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for each escalation or incident
  • Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes
  • Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group
  • Accountable for the quality of own work
  • to be delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the security tools and processes used by Microsoft in order to thoroughly answer customer concerns
  • Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training
  • Work independently and effectively, and manage through ambiguity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations.  As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide either proof of their country of citizenship or proof of their U.S. permanent residency or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export controlled information.
