We are seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant with experience in Finance and Accounting recruitment to join the Eames Consulting team in London. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top talent for key positions, and supporting organisations as they undergo major changes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on high-impact projects and shape the future of businesses in transition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 360 Recruitment role, ideally specialising in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with a focus on the newly qualified to Senior level
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting, including experience working across various roles such as finance managers, Management Accountants, and financial controllers
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and candidates
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and delivering results, meeting targets, and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities
