Senior Principal Designer

• Deliver Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations
• Provide expert guidance on design risk management and health and safety
• Serve as the client’s main point of contact for CDM-related advice on a wide variety of projects
• Attend client and design team meetings to ensure effective collaboration and compliance
• Support and mentor junior members of the team to ensure high standards of service delivery

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification (NEBOSH Diploma desirable)
• Extensive experience as a Principal Designer or in a related health and safety role
• Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and design risk management
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Experience in producing fee proposals and managing project invoicing is desirable
