Job Description:

A close-knit, family-feel multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a personable and experienced CDM Principal Designer. This practice has built a strong reputation for collaborative working and a hands-on, supportive office culture. Job Responsibility:

Work directly with clients and design teams to deliver Principal Designer duties
Attend site visits
Manage project risk registers
Produce high-quality pre-construction information

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a CDM role (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
APS or IOSH membership (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
Strong technical understanding of CDM 2015
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to have:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
