Job Description:

Join HPE's Hybrid Cloud BU as part of the OpsRamp team to revolutionize cloud computing through enterprise-ready platforms enabling hybrid edge-to-cloud solutions.

Job Responsibility:

design and build large-scale distributed systems
transition proof-of-concept implementations into R&D teams
mentor less-experienced staff
collect product feedback to influence product roadmap
collaborate with other business units to address needs
guide and mentor team members
ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in developing scalable cloud and cloud-native applications
recent multi-agent Agentic and RAG GenAI Software Development experience applied to Networking and/or Observability domains
experience developing Network Observability software
deep understanding and experience in Networking Protocol and Networking Best Practices
lead a team of software developers
collaborate closely with the product team
drive the adoption of cloud-native principles
develop comprehensive monitoring solutions
facilitate CI/CD integration
monitor performance, cost, security and availability of applications
proven skills and programming experience in Golang, REST, data caching services, DB schema design and data access technologies
building scalable APIs/web services in Kubernetes
familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

Nice to have:

knowledge of Agentic Protocols such as MCP, A2A
familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration tools
knowledge of Linux Networking eBPF based observability
familiarity with container networking technologies
understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns
knowledge of hybrid cloud environments
familiarity with prompt engineering, context management and Agentic workflows.
