Job Description:

An IT consulting firm is looking for a Principal Consultant Citrix. In this role, you will have the chance to contribute your extensive expertise in Citrix solutions and develop innovative strategies for the clients. As a Principal Consultant Citrix, you will play a key role in the consulting and implementation of Citrix technologies, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consulting & Design: Advise on and develop tailored Citrix solutions for clients to optimize their IT infrastructure
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support project teams in the implementation and maintenance of Citrix systems
  • Workshops & Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to promote the understanding and effective use of Citrix technologies
  • Environment Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing client environments to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend best practices
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise and solution proposals for potential clients

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification/training
  • Several years of professional experience as an IT Consultant, ideally with a focus on Citrix technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix NetScaler (ADC), and Citrix Cloud / DaaS
  • Experience in planning and executing IT projects, particularly in the areas of virtualization and End-User Computing (EUC)
  • Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are preferred
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication/consulting competence, and a solution-oriented way of working
