Baxter entered this space in 2021 through its acquisition of Bardy Diagnostics, the company behind the highly regarded CAM patch and the Monarch electrocardiogram (ECG) visualization software. Bardy brought deep clinical expertise and a culture of innovation, and those strengths continue to shape how we support technicians, clinicians, and patients today. From day one, you’ll work closely with ECG technicians across multiple U.S. sites, gaining firsthand insight into how they analyze patient data and how our tools impact real clinical decisions. That proximity to users, combined with your partnership with engineering and product teams in Bellevue, gives you a uniquely holistic vantage point: you’ll see the full lifecycle of a product, from concept to development to real‑world use. As the Sr Principal, Business Analyst, you will serve as a key strategic partner across Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, and clinical operations. You will shape how requirements and solutions are defined, translated, and delivered for Baxter’s Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities and software medical device solutions. Acting as both a product subject‑matter expert and a cross‑functional problem solver, you will drive clarity, quality, and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. This position follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of our Bellevue, WA office.
