Senior Principal Associate Contentious Construction

We are now seeking a construction transactional senior lawyer to join our busy construction team that operates across all our offices. We work as a national team with clients and projects nationwide. Our team continues to expand to support new projects with our existing and new clients. Many of the high value and complex projects you will be advising on are not widely reported due to the public nature of them and our clients. You will undertake a wide range of high quality and complex construction and engineering work primarily for our public and private sector clients predominantly across the health, local government, housing and emergency service sectors. You will be a commercially minded solicitor who can work very closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in drafting and advising on a range of construction project documents. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the partners and solicitors of the team on business development opportunities. A genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients is therefore very important.
