We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to manage bid pricing activities and lead commercial pricing decisions for Vodafone’s enterprise clients. This role involves creating competitive commercial propositions that meet both customer requirements and Vodafone’s financial objectives. You will work closely with sales teams, influence customer decisions through high-quality proposals, and ensure profitability and consistency across multiple geographies.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and structure commercial propositions aligned with customer needs and Vodafone’s financial goals
Lead pricing strategies for global and single-country business opportunities
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare bids and provide pricing recommendations throughout the offer lifecycle
Create commercial models, price books, and analyse profitability for forecasting and planning
Influence customer decisions through compelling proposal materials and active participation in negotiations
Drive internal process improvements and share knowledge across teams
Requirements:
Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions
Skilled in customer-facing negotiations and relationship building
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Background in wholesale telecom or management accounting (desired)
Ability to prioritise, innovate, and adapt in a dynamic environment
5–8 years of relevant experience and sound business or mathematical knowledge
