Job Description:

The Senior Pricing Coordinator will play a key role in the next phase of accelerated growth of Powerdot and in maximizing the profitability of our EV charging network through an efficient pricing strategy. As part of a central function, you will design, execute and scale pricing strategies across all Powerdot markets. You will collaborate closely with Local and Central teams to gather all markets perspectives and ensure that pricing is optimized and aligned with company goals. As a Senior Pricing Coordinator, you will be expected to elevate these standards across the organisation by consistently delivering high-impact work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deploy pricing experiments to maximise revenues using advanced analytics and A/B testing methodologies
  • Build customized dashboards to monitor pricing performance and recommend an adequate pricing strategy ensuring competitiveness and compliance with Powerdot global targets
  • Collaborate with Local teams, Data & Product to ensure pricing experiments are correctly implemented and measured
  • Develop new pricing or discount models supporting new products, targeting a wide range of user profiles
  • Develop and improve internal processes in coordination with Central teams to ensure our organization supports a rapidly evolving pricing strategy
  • Act as the internal expert on how pricing is operationalized across systems
  • Prepare recurring performance and pricing monitoring and insights reports for leadership

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, Data Science or related fields
  • Strong financial and analytical mindset with hands-on experience in designing and evaluating new pricing or business models
  • Ability to analyse large datasets, build models, and define actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills, ability to design, standardise, and improve recurring processes
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex decisions clearly
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • SQL, python or other analytical programming languages highly valued

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of pricing models, elasticity, and operational pricing systems
  • Experience in energy, mobility, EV charging, or other dynamic-pricing industries is a plus
