Job Description:

This long-term contract position will focus on creating impactful presentations for executive-level stakeholders, including board members and C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic insight to communicate complex ideas effectively through visually compelling designs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop high-quality presentations tailored for senior executives, board members, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to understand messaging objectives and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Design visual assets, including infographics, multimedia elements, and slide decks, to enhance communication effectiveness
  • Maintain strict adherence to corporate branding guidelines while delivering results that reflect expertise and attention to detail
  • Guide less experienced team members, providing support and constructive feedback to enhance their presentation design skills
  • Translate complex business and technology concepts into easily understandable visuals and narratives
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in presentation design, technology, and executive communication
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials
  • Provide strategic input to improve the overall impact of executive communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing presentations for executive audiences, including board members and C-suite leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Strong ability to simplify and visualize complex business and technical concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced team members in presentation design
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance presentation impact.
