Job Description:

Senior Premier Wealth Manager role within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) serving customers globally including retail customers to ultra-high net worth individuals. The role focuses on providing borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain customer service excellence
Manage customer queries, issues, feedback and complaints
Provide needs-based solutions for retail banking and general insurance products
Work with Wealth Management team to provide holistic solutions
Provide premier clients with market updates and wealth management products
Provide financial planning and advisory services
Proactive relationship management to strengthen customer relationships
Ensure coverage of all relationships through client engagement
Self-source and develop new business by prospecting for new clients
Fulfill client needs while providing exceptional client experience

Requirements:

Strong academic qualifications
Over 3 years of work experience in Wealth Management with proven track record of managing clients' portfolio (Premier banking)
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
High drive and ability to succeed within challenging environment
Outgoing disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience with entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
Ability to work independently and in strong team environment
