Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Premier Banker to proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, advise on financial options, and maintain client relationships. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of financial services, and the ability to manage risks and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments
Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns
Escalate banking related issues or business risks
Advise customers on financial options and services
Maintain deep knowledge of Wells Fargo solutions and services
Identify client needs and goals for business, mortgage, retirement, and investment services and collaborate with colleagues to address these
Manage risks in the business by adhering to policies and ensuring compliance
Collect and analyze customer information to develop customized financial plans
Build relationships with branch colleagues, affluent customers, and partners
Exercise judgement and discretion in managing client relationships
Participate in branch team activities and mentor others.

Requirements:

4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
3+ years of experience recommending products and services
Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized FINRA equivalents) or equivalent licensing within a specified period
State Insurance license(s) within a specified period
Ability to work most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture.

Nice to have:

Financial services industry experience in corporate, consumer, mortgage, investments, brokerage, or private banking
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Branch Banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
Knowledge and understanding of financial services consumer lending products.
