Job Description

We are seeking an expert Senior Predictive Analytics Analyst to champion the design, execution, and interpretation of advanced mathematical and statistical models. In this role, you will manipulate large-scale datasets within enterprise cloud environments, code data-driven algorithms, and build interactive predictive systems. You will bridge the gap between complex behavioral data science, digital tag tracking, and executive-level business intelligence visualization. Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite, 7.25 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM). Duration: 9-month contract

Job Responsibility

  • Advanced Mathematical Modeling: Design, build, and run sophisticated predictive models using advanced analytics techniques, including multivariate regressions, time-series forecasting, panel data methods, survival analysis, conjoint analysis, and factor modeling
  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Extract, transform, and structure massive structured and unstructured datasets across enterprise data lakes and repositories using automated pipelines
  • Cloud Computing & Analytics: Architect and manage scalable data science workflows within Microsoft Databricks and cloud-native computing frameworks
  • Digital Tracking Operations: Implement, audit, and manage tracking scripts and custom trigger configurations using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to capture user interaction data
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Translate complex algorithmic outcomes into interactive, clear enterprise dashboards and executive data visualizations utilizing Power BI
  • Database Programming: Query, optimize, and manage large-scale data architectures using high-performance SQL and relational/NoSQL configurations
  • Collaborative Data Governance: Act as a senior consultant to infrastructure engineers, developers, and product leads, ensuring algorithmic solutions align cleanly with data privacy and compliance guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in a data science, econometric modeling, or predictive analytics capacity
  • Expert-level, hands-on programming skills in Python (and/or R) paired with advanced SQL scripting
  • Direct experience working within Databricks and building workflows inside Microsoft Azure or a comparable enterprise cloud environment
  • Proven experience implementing, debugging, and managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking implementations from scratch
  • Practical familiarity with dedicated statistical tools (such as SAS, SPSS, Stata, or Hadoop environments) alongside advanced time-series forecasting and trend analysis
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
