Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Cranstoun Worcestershire service. We are seeking competent and knowledgeable Senior Practitioner. Cranstoun Worcestershire operates the alcohol and drug service across Worcestershire and provides a range of services for individuals using alcohol or substances. Our Worcestershire service also have services available for young people and families through our Here4Youth service. With our central hub in Worcester, we deliver interventions across all six districts, via our shared care scheme and community outreach locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting our Operations Managers to deliver quality services and go the extra mile for our service users
  • Contribute to ensuring services are delivered in line with Cranstoun’s policies and contractual requirements
  • Offering clinical supervision to a team of workers, motivating them to deliver quality services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working with people who use substances and/or carers, or another vulnerable groups for at least two years
  • Experience of supervising health care professionals
  • Knowledge of national guidance relating to clinical standards
  • Knowledge of reflective practice and supervision
