We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Senior PPC Manager to support a high-growth, performance-driven marketing team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to own and optimize complex paid acquisition systems, including Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads, within a fast-moving environment that values innovation and results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, oversee, and refine campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms to maximize performance
  • Enhance lead quality, reduce costs, and improve return on ad spend through ongoing testing and optimization strategies
  • Design and implement testing plans for ad copy, bidding tactics, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Manage local service ads, including performance monitoring, review management, and dispute handling
  • Ensure seamless lead delivery and attribution accuracy across tools like CallRail, Salesforce, and data integrations, troubleshooting issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of direct PPC experience in environments emphasizing high ROI and large budgets
  • Demonstrated success improving cost metrics and lead quality in high-intent lead generation settings
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads, with proficiency in smart bidding and audience strategies
  • Strong ability to integrate PPC data with Salesforce or similar CRMs and manage related tools such as CallRail and Zapier
  • Extensive understanding of technical systems, including analytics platforms, tracking setups, and call-routing solutions, with experience in call-based lead generation and personal injury or call center operations
