Senior Power Systems Solutions Project Manager

• Organize and plan projects to develop decision support tools in the energy sector, from design phase to deployment and maintenance
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the project team within budgets and deadlines
• Evaluate risks and set up project structures and management tools
• Communicate and manage expectations of customers and potential partners
• Define requirements in terms of human resources and technical skills
• Participate in writing commercial proposals
• Involved in team development

• Engineering school degree, master or Ph.D with specialization in energy or project management
• At least 3 years experience as a software development project manager
• At least 2 years experience as a Java or Python software engineer (if possible)
• Motivated by project management and responsibility of a team, budget and deadlines
• Interested in scientific and quantitative approaches applied to the energy sector
• Able to balance customer's business vision, developer's technical vision, and company's economic vision
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in French and English
