Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Power Platform Engineer to join our IT Service Delivery team part of our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division in our Athens Offices. At Metlen Energy & Metals, we are catalysts for a sustainable future, positioned at the forefront of the energy transition while being a reference point for competitive green metallurgy at both the European and global levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive solution design and technical analysis in collaboration with stakeholders
  • mentor junior team members and ensure adoption of best practices
  • supporting the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, DataVerse, and SharePoint APIs (REST, CSOM, SPFx), among others
  • translating business needs into technical specifications (SoW) and creating analysis documents (e.g., data flow models, user stories, workflows) for stakeholder validation
  • acting as a liaison between Technology, Business, and vendors by providing documentation, clarifications, and insight to ensure smooth communication and project completion
  • identifying integration opportunities with existing systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective software implementation
  • delivering maintenance and operational support in line with SLAs, and managing incident/problem resolution
  • contributing to solution documentation, training materials, vendor proposal processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs), and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline
  • a master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset
  • excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • experience in the design & implementation of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, RPAs or other technology solutions
  • experience in solution design and development
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • experienced in facilitation and stakeholder/vendor relationship management
  • highly organized and deadline-driven, with strong analytical skills for system analysis, root-cause identification, and issue resolution
  • self-motivated and detail-oriented, demonstrating high ethical standards and a strong customer service mindset.
