Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Define and implement ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
Establish and enforce platform governance (DLP, security, standards, CoE practices)
Optimise performance, scalability, and reliability across solutions
Lead technical delivery: estimation, planning, and stakeholder communication
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards
Translate business needs into practical, productised solutions
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience delivering Power Platform / M365 / Azure solutions at scale
Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (advanced orchestration patterns), Dataverse (data modelling, security, performance)
Strong experience with custom connectors, APIs, and integrations (e.g. Azure, SAP, DocuSign, etc.), ALM and CI/CD (Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps), Security and governance (DLP, role-based access, compliance)
Ability to design for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Proven experience mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders
