We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer who takes end-to-end ownership of features and actively bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate not only builds solutions but also challenges requirements, optimizes user experience, and contributes to delivering real business value.
Job Responsibility
Take end-to-end ownership of Power Platform features, from understanding business requirements and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions in the form of Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, with an expected intermediate to advanced level of technical complexity and customizability
Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and relevant Microsoft 365 integrations
Integration of Adaptive Cards into the applications to create interactive and customizable user interfaces
Development of business applications that allow users to efficiently exchange information, send notifications, track communication history, and interact with business processes through user-friendly interfaces
Development of applications that allow users to easily view, search, manage, and share documents, including integration with SharePoint Online and other relevant data sources
Translate business needs into technical implementations, while actively challenging and refining requirements where needed to ensure usability, maintainability, and real business value
Design engaging and user-centric interfaces, optimize the user experience, and improve tool performance so that loading times and responsiveness meet business expectations
Apply Power Platform best practices such as modular design, robust error handling, clean architecture, reusable components, testing, and maintainable solution structures
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure alignment with architecture guidelines, integration patterns, platform standards, and enterprise requirements
Implement integrations using standard connectors, custom connectors, APIs, Logic Apps, Azure services, and other available Microsoft technologies where required
Support ALM and CI/CD processes for Power Platform solutions, including solution packaging, environment management, deployment pipelines, and Azure DevOps-based delivery
Deliver product increments in sprints, fix bugs and findings raised during the testing cycle, and ensure that development activities are properly documented and tracked in Azure DevOps
Ensure the development of user-friendly, performant, scalable, and powerful solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with data sources such as SharePoint Online
Strong experience in developing Canvas Apps and good knowledge of Model-Driven Apps
Good understanding of Dataverse, data modeling, table relationships, security roles, and data-driven application design
Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation, business process automation, notifications, approvals, and integration scenarios
Experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions with a focus on modularity, clean architecture, testing, and robust error handling
Strong familiarity with Adaptive Cards and UI/UX design principles to create interactive, user-friendly, and business-oriented interfaces
Experience in designing and optimizing user interfaces with an emphasis on performance, usability, adoption, and user experience
Good understanding of integration patterns, including APIs, connectors, Logic Apps, Azure services, and external system integrations
Experience with ALM and CI/CD concepts in Power Platform, including solutions, environments, deployment pipelines, and Azure DevOps
Ability to understand business requirements, challenge them constructively, and translate them into practical, user-centric technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment
Good collaboration and communication skills when working with architects, business stakeholders, testers, and other development teams
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
Nice to have
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and TypeScript to enhance the user interfaces of Power Platform solutions
Experience with Azure Functions, C#, or custom connectors to extend Power Platform solutions beyond standard low-code capabilities
