1-3 years of experience at an analyst level

8+ years taking a lead delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in consulting or enterprise environments, with production launches of Model Driven Apps and/or customised Dynamics 365 deployments
Strong Dataverse schema design, relationships, business rules, forms/views, and command bar/modern control customisation
familiarity with reuse of standard tables and Dynamics 365 tables where licensing and fit allow
Solid grasp of flow design, error handling, retries, concurrency, and long-running process patterns
Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure integration patterns (HTTP, queues, webhooks), and API design/consumption
