We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO to support the delivery of a complex HR Transformation programme. This role will provide programme governance, planning, executive reporting and resource management, ensuring the programme remains organised, on track and responsive to changing priorities.
Job Responsibility
Provide PMO leadership across programme governance, planning and delivery
Maintain programme schedules, roadmaps, milestones and dependencies
Manage RAID logs, actions and programme controls
Develop and maintain resource plans, balancing capacity and reallocating resources as priorities change
Support senior stakeholders with programme reporting, planning and decision-making
Ensure appropriate handling of highly confidential HR and organisational information
