Job Responsibility:
Be part of the Project Management Operations (PMO) team or lead it yourself
Take responsibility for project controls across one or more projects for cost, schedule, risk and document
Support project managers with structured reporting and decision-relevant insights
Help ensure transparency and control across the project organization
Have a key role in complex client projects, primarily within pharma and life sciences
Be responsible for project controlling and project controls on CAPEX projects, supporting projects from early design phases through execution and qualification
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Project Controls, ideally within pharma, biotech, chemicals, or energy
A degree in finance, business administration, or similar
Solid knowledge of project control systems (e.g., PIMS, Omega365, SAP, or similar)
Experience connecting cost management to project planning, control, and risk management
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management and basic accounting principles
Highly structured and detail-oriented by nature
Interactive and pragmatic in problem solving
Thrive in facilitating processes and driving progress across different layers of the customer organization
Have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (Danish is a plus)
Thrive in a work life consisting of both longer-term assignments and rapidly changing projects
Have the curiosity to get to know our customers and their systems
