Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager at Wissen will lead the full lifecycle delivery of a large‑scale Treasury Management System transformation for a global client. This role requires deep expertise in treasury processes, strong technology program management capabilities, and the ability to drive execution in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment. The Senior PM will work closely with treasury, finance, IT, banking partners, and TMS vendors to ensure seamless implementation—from requirements and solution design to integration, data migration, UAT, go‑live, and stabilization. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong consulting mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex treasury or financial system programs within global enterprises.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the TMS implementation, from initiation through go-live and stabilization
  • Act as the primary interface between Trafigura Treasury, Finance, IT teams, other banks, and TMS vendors
  • Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and issue management
  • Drive requirements gathering and scope management across treasury functions including cash, liquidity, FX, and funding
  • Manage system integration with ERP, trading, banking, and payment platforms
  • Oversee data migration, configuration, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Ensure adherence to governance, controls, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Provide clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Manage post go-live stabilization and transition to BAU/support teams

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT / Business Project Management
  • Proven delivery experience on Treasury Management System or financial systems implementations
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, including: Cash & liquidity management
  • Bank connectivity & payments
  • FX, hedging, and funding
  • Intercompany funding and netting
  • Experience working with global treasury teams and external banks
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with leading TMS platforms such as Kyriba, FIS Quantum, SAP Treasury, ION Treasury, GTreasury, or similar
  • Exposure to commodity trading or energy trading environments
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements in treasury
  • PMP / Prince2 / SAFe certification
