Job Responsibility:

  • Working in an agile international team of Windchill/Creo Experts
  • Being the first touch-point to our internal customers for new digitization requirements for WTC at Bosch, with focus 3D Master and PLM
  • Consulting our internal customers from multiple divisions in analyzing improvement levers in their current PLM business processes by using IT and digitization
  • Developing proposals for process improvement by introducing PLM IT or utilizing state-of-the art functionalities from PTC product family (e.g. 3D Master)
  • Transfer process requirements from our internal customers to use cases and IT requirements
  • Developing concepts for required changes in Bosch WTC IT architecture and functionality in alignment with multiple internal teams (WTC product manager, WTC experts, project managers, PLM IT architects)
  • Developing project plans for implementation and rollout of new digitization features in alignment with affected BD-internal teams and internal customer teams at Bosch divisions
  • Guiding implementation of new digitization features either as project manager or as consultant
  • Transferring implementation to affected internal customer and user groups
  • Supporting our Bosch-internal customers in leveraging efficiency gains and improvements in their PLM processes with delivered IT functionality

Requirements:

  • Completed studies (diploma/master) in information technology or similar field, alternatively engineering sciences with specialization on engineering IT
  • Extensive knowledge in PTC product family, especially Windchill and Creo
  • Proofed experience in PLM IT architectures, especially minimum proofed 3 years of experience in contributing to IT projects in large industry context
  • Minimum 5 years experience in PLM IT consulting in large industry context, proofed in multiple IT projects and showcasing processing improvements leveraging PLM IT
  • Minimum 3 years experience in consulting for emerging PLM IT trends, especially 3D Master, PLM, AI/Machine Learning
  • Strong experience in process analysis and IT requirements facilitation, proofed in multiple large IT projects
  • Project management experience in context of large IT projects (optional: certification for project management exists)
  • High ability in structured working, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Passion for new IT technologies and application of these in emerging trends for PLM IT
  • Strong communication skills towards various stakeholders (IT expert teams, internal customers)
  • Strong ability to convince stakeholders and get buy-in for implementation proposals
  • Proficiency in Polish and English Languages
