Ensure cross-platform compatibility, meet size limits, load time requirements, and performance standards
Collaborate with the Creative Lead on concept development and with Tech Art on asset pipelines
Explore new interactive ad formats, evaluate AI-assisted playable generation tools, and stay current with playable ad technology

Familiarity with ad network specifications and constraints
Optimization mindset: file size, load time, frame rate
Comfortable with rapid prototyping and short iteration cycles
Regular use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
