Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

Requirements:
7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
6+ years of experience with either service management tools (e.g., Service Now, BMC Remedy, HP Service Center, Incident, and Task workflows)
4+ years of experience in production management or platform operations in Capital Markets
4+ years of experience with trading systems, prime brokerage, fx, risk, market data, order management, and post-trade processing.
Nice to have:
Experience with Trading Infrastructure and ecosystems
Experience in managing and reporting large programs of work in this space
Technical background in all aspects of Platform/SRE responsibilities
Strong understanding of Incident vs. Problem Management
Identify systemic issues and recurring failure patterns across incidents and problems
Lead or coordinate improvement projects that reduce incident recurrence, improve resilience, and close control gaps
Track delivery of remediation tasks and improvement actions through to completion, escalating blockers where required
Contribute to governance forums and advisory councils focused on Incident and Problem Management trends and outcomes
Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on issue impact, progress, and outcomes
Build strong working relationships with platform leads, service owners, and operational teams
Contribute to management reporting and dashboards that highlight operational risk and improvement progress
