Join our Customer Data Management & Operations team to help maintain and optimise TUI's critical customer data infrastructure across our global markets.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and maintain the operational performance of customer data platforms
Ensure system stability, health, availability, and optimal performance across global markets
Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Datadog, or equivalent BI/observability tools
Investigate and resolve platform incidents and issues
Implement and manage platform changes and releases
Support data processing activities including monitoring data loads, extracts, and batch processes
Implement security and access controls for customer data platforms
Requirements:
Experience in IT operations, platform support, or similar roles
Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Datadog, or equivalent analytics and monitoring platforms
Strong understanding of operational KPI design
Experience with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting complex technical issues
Understanding of data processing concepts and security management
Strong SQL proficiency, including complex joins, aggregations, CTEs, data validation queries, and performance optimisation
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional environments
