As a Platform Product Manager for Anti-Discrimination & Equity, you will shape the systems and capabilities that enable success for all Airbnb users. You will design scalable, intelligent solutions that balance operational efficiency with equitable user experience. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver platform products, including cutting-edge AI/ML-powered solutions, innovative data tools, automated governance and risk assessment technologies, and adaptive solutions that evolve with new risks and advance new opportunities . Your work will directly strengthen the trust and integrity that make Airbnb a place where anyone can belong. The Difference You Will Make: As a Platform Product Manager on the Defense Platform, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution for products that power safety and integrity across Airbnb. You will partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations experts to build intelligent, scalable platform solutions that identify emerging risks, prevent bad actors, and reduce friction for trusted users. Your work will ensure our defenses are adaptive, automated, and seamlessly integrated across the Airbnb ecosystem.
