At Recruitics, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Platform Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to help us build the infrastructure powering the future of AI-driven recruitment marketing technology. As a key technical contributor, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, ensure system reliability, and drive innovation through DevOps best practices. You'll work hands-on with modern tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, while building resilient platforms that support continuous integration and delivery pipelines across a rapidly evolving AI-first ecosystem. Job Responsibility:
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, Crossplane, and Terragrunt
Containers & Orchestration: Deploy and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, ECS), ArgoCD, and Helm
CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain robust CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket Pipelines and GitLab CI to streamline and automate software delivery
Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage observability stacks using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo to ensure system health and fast troubleshooting
Scripting & Automation: Write and maintain Python and Bash scripts to automate operational tasks and reduce manual toil
System Optimization: Troubleshoot performance issues in Linux environments, resolve production incidents, and continually optimize infrastructure reliability and scalability
Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices across AWS environments, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, product teams, and AI engineers to streamline development processes and support application lifecycle management
DevOps Thought Leadership: Advocate for DevOps principles, mentor peers, and help drive a culture of automation, testing, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Crossplane, or similar tools
Proficiency with containerization tools and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
Strong scripting ability in Python and Bash
Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice to have:
Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.)
Familiarity with Crossplane or Terragrunt in production environments
Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or working with AI-native applications
Experience with GitOps workflows and security-first DevOps practices
