Senior Platform Engineer

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure architecture for AI agent workloads
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using modern IaC tools like Terraform, ensuring reliable deployments across multiple environments
• Optimize system performance and cost efficiency for high-throughput workloads, including resource management and auto-scaling
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to maintain 99.9%+ uptime for mission-critical agent operations
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deployments
• Build security-first infrastructure with proper access controls, secrets management, and compliance frameworks
• Work in fast, iterative cycles—no bloated backlogs, just continuous improvement and scaling
• Translate our core principles into infrastructure

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling production infrastructure, preferably in high-growth startups
• Experience with SRE monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, and building robust alerting systems
• Proficiency in Python and infrastructure automation scripting
• Experience with PostgreSQL performance optimization, connection pooling, and database scaling strategies
• Strong Linux system administration skills and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI and Python web frameworks for building high-performance backend infrastructure
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud deployment best practices
• Experience with Docker containerization and container orchestration for development and deployment workflows
• Security-minded approach with experience in network security, secrets management, and compliance
• You move fast and have experience in high-velocity teams where infrastructure enables rapid iteration
• You thrive in high-agency environments and take initiative to solve problems before they become critical
