Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with cost accounting and plant-level financial activities
  • Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control practices
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application in day-to-day accounting work
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and communicate findings clearly
  • Experience with organizational accounting processes and manufacturing operations is strongly preferred
