Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of clean energy projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively. Amentum are recruiting for a Senior Planner who will report to the Programme Planner and support the PMO function in providing Schedule and Planning Management expertise to the Client PMO & Programme teams. In this role you'll develop, manage and maintain the delivery schedule for several of the Workstreams on the Project. Key responsibilities of the role include: Coordinating and facilitating of Schedule workshops and reviews with Project Stakeholders Liaising with Project Managers develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Schedule Producing periodic schedule reports to inform Senior Leadership Ensuring suitable management and maintenance of Supply Chain schedules is being applied Escalating schedule issues and concerns that may require senior level management or key stakeholder engagement for resolution or mitigation Actively encouraging and embedding a Schedule Management culture by providing guidance to improve competency across the Project Collaborating with the other Project Controls functions to ensure alignment is maintained Maintaining alignment of all Project Stakeholders with best practice guidelines and recommend continuous process improvements as and when required.
