Senior Piling Design Engineer role delivering practical geotechnical designs, leading piling and foundation solutions, collaborating with delivery teams, and driving constructability on major projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead or support the design of piling systems, foundations, and basements on complex ground conditions
  • Produce and check geotechnical and structural calculations using industry-standard software such as PLAXIS and WALLAP
  • Design and review retention and basement structures
  • Collaborate with construction and delivery teams to ensure practical and efficient design outcomes
  • Contribute to design methodology, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in piling, geotechnical, or foundation design
  • Strong geotechnical and structural engineering background
  • Experience using PLAXIS, WALLAP, and other relevant design software
  • Demonstrated experience designing basement structures and retention systems
  • Proven experience delivering design work on the contracting side – with strong time management and real-world problem-solving skills
