Job Responsibility:

  • Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy
  • Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery

Requirements:

  • Current State license as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification
  • Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program
  • A minimum of two years of physical therapy experience

Nice to have:

  • Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate's degree in either physical therapy or management area
  • Active on Therapy Clinical ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification
