Job Description

Senior member of the Global Physical Security team, reporting to the Physical Security Manager. Key role in ensuring security measures are effectively implemented across events and corporate premises. Opportunity to leverage experience in a global environment, leading diverse projects, collaborating with industry experts, and impacting security of world-class events.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Physical Security team in daily management and monitoring of physical security systems and operations (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
  • Coordinate security providers and vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with Fever standards
  • Conduct on-site inspections and design security systems for corporate offices, warehouses, and event spaces
  • Oversee security system maintenance, including reviewing maintenance schedules, system performance, and incident reports
  • Lead engagement with global security guard service providers
  • Analyze local private security regulations and legislation in existing and expansion markets
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
  • Contribute to physical security awareness initiatives for employees and contractors
  • Respond to physical security incident escalation and follow-up processes

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in corporate security or physical security, intelligence or risk management
  • Ability to work primarily in English, with fluency in other languages a plus
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with expertise in security incident management and a proven track record of guiding security operations, and teams
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate effectively with varied internal and external stakeholders, especially during sensitive situations
  • Strong time management skills and ownership over work entrusted to you
