As part of the strategy to advance our supply chain physical security capabilities, our Risk, Business Assurance and Security (RBA&S) team is seeking a Senior physical security specialist - logistics for our global Physical Identity team to keep ASML’s assets secure. As a Senior physical security specialist - logistics, you bring senior expertise in physical security and are expected to build and develop a roadmap and capabilities to ensure ASML’s logistics are protected. In this role, you will define, develop and implement policies, controls and capabilities in alignment with stakeholders and security architectures.
Job Responsibility:
Define, develop and execute on a physical security logistics roadmap in order to mature this field of expertise in ASML
Define, develop and implement controls and capabilities to increase ASML’s resilience to new and existing internal and/or external physical security threats related to logistics business processes (e.g. transportation, warehousing)
Provide expertise and advice to internal and external stakeholders on physically securing ASML’s logistics processes, in line with business and security requirements
Connect the logistics and physical security spaces and develop synergies and holistic, innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Master degree in innovation/technology/security management or equivalent
5+ years of experience with a focus on logistics/warehousing processes and security
5+ years of experience with auditing and assurance
Demonstrable experience in program/project management and developing innovative capabilities
Sound understanding of security technologies, techniques and best practices, with a focus on (physical/digital) identity and security
Able to understand business and business processes and how physical security concepts can be optimally integrated in these
Able to strategize, develop and implement new concepts and technologies
Able to translate (local) risk and threat profiles to definition of controls and execution, taking into account different cultural implications
Able to convince others, change management savvy and deal with resistance
Able to summarize and communicate technical data to a non-technical audience
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Certificate of Good Conduct “Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)” is required
