Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Philanthropic Advisor - Senior Lead Fiduciary Advisory Specialist (LO). The role involves providing fiduciary and philanthropic expertise to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Key responsibilities include advising leadership, delivering creative financial solutions, and collaborating with internal and external partners. Travel opportunities are included. Job Responsibility:

Advise leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex financial planning needs
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex planning needs in collaboration with clients and partners
Deliver solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale cross-functional or companywide strategies
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal or external customers, Accountants and Attorneys
Administer and manage moderately complex trust accounts to develop or expand relationships
Provide analysis of client's total financial situation and offer creative solutions

Requirements:

7+ years of Fiduciary Advisory experience
Ability to network and interact with all levels of an organization
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Experience with family philanthropy, including private foundations, donor advised funds, family retreats, workshops and meetings
Experience working with nonprofit organizations, boards of directors and their donors
Experience working within the High Net Worth (HNW) Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) space
Knowledge and understanding of financial and estate planning, fiduciary/trust, wealth transfer and investment understanding
Local market knowledge and established market network
extensive local philanthropic network
strong networking skills and a passion for philanthropy
Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation
JD, LL.M, CFP or CTFA designations
