Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Philanthropic Advisor - Senior Lead Fiduciary Advisory Specialist (LO). The role involves providing fiduciary and philanthropic expertise to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Key responsibilities include advising leadership, delivering creative financial solutions, and collaborating with internal and external partners. Travel opportunities are included. Job Responsibility:

  • Advise leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex financial planning needs
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex planning needs in collaboration with clients and partners
  • Deliver solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale cross-functional or companywide strategies
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal or external customers, Accountants and Attorneys
  • Administer and manage moderately complex trust accounts to develop or expand relationships
  • Provide analysis of client's total financial situation and offer creative solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Fiduciary Advisory experience
  • Ability to network and interact with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with family philanthropy, including private foundations, donor advised funds, family retreats, workshops and meetings
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, boards of directors and their donors
  • Experience working within the High Net Worth (HNW) Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) space
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial and estate planning, fiduciary/trust, wealth transfer and investment understanding
  • Local market knowledge and established market network
  • extensive local philanthropic network
  • strong networking skills and a passion for philanthropy
  • Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation
  • JD, LL.M, CFP or CTFA designations
