Requirements

GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician, or Science Council registration as a Science Manufacturing Technician
Experience in aseptic services, with a strong understanding of GMP and quality systems
A proactive approach to supervision and coordination in a clinical setting

On GPHC register
BTEC in pharmaceutical sciences, NVQ level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Services or equivalent

Job Responsibility

Prepare, process check, and coordinate aseptic products including CIVAS, PN, cytotoxics, and ATMPs
Assemble and verify trays for manufacture

Contribute to quality management and investigate deviations
Support senior technicians in daily operations and staff training
Manage day-to-day activities and assist in writing procedures within the aseptic unit
Support staff training and development within the unit
