Seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 7+ years of litigation and trial experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing personal injury cases from intake through trial, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and courtroom litigation. Job Responsibility:
Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and legal research
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands
Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Collaborate with internal litigation teams and support staff
Maintain high standards of client communication and service
Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing
Minimum of 7 years of experience handling personal injury cases
Proven trial experience with successful verdicts
Strong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and legal writing
Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
Licensed in Texas or willing to obtain licensure
Nice to have:
Catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, or trucking accident cases
Experience with complex litigation and high-value settlements/verdicts
Familiarity with case management software and remote collaboration tools
Multi-state licensure
