A nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm with decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases. Known for its aggressive litigation style and commitment to justice, the firm prepares every case for trial from day one, ensuring clients receive the strongest possible representation. Seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 7+ years of litigation and trial experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing personal injury cases from intake through trial, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and courtroom litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about advocating for injured individuals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
  • Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and legal research
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands
  • Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Collaborate with internal litigation teams and support staff
  • Maintain high standards of client communication and service

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience handling personal injury cases
  • Proven trial experience with successful verdicts
  • Strong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and legal writing
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
  • Licensed in Texas or willing to obtain licensure
