Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Senior Performance Media Manager (or Senior Conversion Media Manager) to join our dynamic Experience Strategy team on a four month maximum contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, optimisation, and management of high-performance media campaigns such as Google Ads, Search, and YouTube to drive customer awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work cross-functionally with various teams including creative, analytics, and product, as well as our clients, to optimise digital ad campaigns and drive measurable growth across key channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in performance media, reporting and insights, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.

  • Develop and execute performance media strategies across digital channels (e.g., Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing)
  • Develop detailed audience segmentation strategies to drive personalised marketing efforts
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budget allocation
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.), providing detailed reporting and actionable insights
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance media, and implement best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, or conversion media management
  • Proven experience driving measurable results in digital advertising campaigns with a strong track record of optimising against performance metrics
  • Strong working knowledge of performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution models)
  • Strong working knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-backed decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
