This role will act as the lead performance marketing manager for all performance-led projects and campaigns in Circle K’s media team including but not limited to: B2B lead generation campaigns, Loyalty app downloads campaigns, search and performance max campaigns, dynamic creative optimization. This role will lead Circle K Europe’s Performance Marketing approach across categories including KPI definition, tracking and tagging audits and implementation, test and learn plans and budget setting. This role will support our European markets with best-in-class digital performance expertise to deliver local market business results. This role will ensure effective navigation of tasks, drive growth and synergies while maintaining strategic focus, with a particular emphasis on alignment, efficiency, and optimization.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Circle K’s European Markets to deliver business objectives
Lead performance marketing for B2B, B2C Loyalty, Search and other performance-led EU-wide projects in Circle K
Develop and lead Circle K’s performance marketing approach across categories and markets including KPI definition, event set-up and optimisation, a/b testing and budget optimisation
Collaborate with local market specialists and commercial teams to adapt and localize performance improvements
Collaborate with the wider European Media team in Circle K to ensure performance best-practice is being considered and implemented as part of wider media plans
Support, and where relevant lead, marketing technology rollouts in Europe to support digital marketing performance e.g. dynamic creative optimisation
Collaborate with the digital performance team to measure customer life-time value and define digital product specific media measurement plans
Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns
Support the development and execution of social media strategies in our legacy European markets
Stay up to date with digital media trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend new approaches to drive effectiveness
Requirements:
Digital channel generalist
Proven experience in digital performance marketing
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to analyze and present campaign performance
Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other performance tracking tools
Experience in working with martech tools such as DMP (if not with the tools but at least should be able to sketch the usability of these tools)
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience working with Dynamic Creative Optimization or similar ad technology
Experience in B2B marketing
Experience in 1st party data activation
Additional local languages relevant to European market
