Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in SEM & Paid Social (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram), proven expertise in eCommerce campaigns for USA clients, and strong leadership in managing high-budget performance-driven projects.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients
Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth
Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients and contribute to overall account growth
Train, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team
provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies
Work closely with clients (primarily USA-based) to understand their goals, propose strategies, and drive results
Requirements:
